Before joining the leadership team, Isaiah worked in federal defense contracting and helped secure infrastructure for critical agencies. Isaiah is deeply committed to creating safer digital environments and staying ahead of emerging threats.

Leah Dunham brings over 12 years of experience in SaaS operations and customer lifecycle management. She ensures that each client engagement is technically sound and strategically aligned with business outcomes. Leah previously led customer success teams at two fast-growing SaaS companies and is known for building scalable onboarding and support frameworks that prioritize retention and value delivery.

With over 15 years of experience in network design and infrastructure engineering, Santiago Reyes is the backbone of the company’s managed services architecture. Santiago has designed and maintained multi-site networks for government, healthcare, and enterprise clients, always focused on uptime, resilience, and security. He now leads a team that keeps client infrastructure efficient, redundant, and scalable.
